Romeoville Christian Academy

All of our junior high students competed in various categories at the IACS Fine Arts Competition held in Downers Grove, IL.  8th grader Elizabeth Marlowe did a great job in art by placing 3rd in the state in Calligraphy and Digital Media, while also placing 2nd in Black and White Photography.  9th grader Ayun Brown placed 2nd in Mathematics testing and 3rd in the speech category of Declamation with this cutting from Martin Luther King's I Have a Dream speech.  Another 9th grader, Taylor Miller, placed 3rd in United States History testing, and 7th grader Matthew DiNaso placed 2nd in Expository Preaching.

Great job to choral group, as well as the boys and girls large vocal ensembles who received blue ribbons.  The small vocal ensemble of Elizabeth Marlowe and Casey Perez received a blue ribbon as well.
