Romeoville Christian Academy scored high again this year with their national standardized testing scores. RCA students took the Stanford Achievement tests earlier in the spring in order for our staff and parents to evaluate where each child is doing well and where a child might need some assistance to improve.
All thirteen grades that were tested (K5-12th) scored in the top 27% of all students nationally who took this test, whether they be in a government school, private school, or Christian school. Eleven of the thirteen grades at RCA placed in the top 15%, including every junior high and high school grade level. Eight of the thirteen grades at RCA scored in the top 10% in the nation. These results are a testament to the quality staff, hard work by both teachers and students, and the full and complete academic curriculum that is in place from preschool through the middle school.
This is a great testament to the cooperation between school and home, the effort of both teachers and parents, and the character of the student body. Congratulations to all involved -- including a fantastic teaching staff, dedicated parents/guardians, and a diligent student body. It takes all three in order for an achievement like this to happen. Great job, students!
Thank you RCA staff for the excellence you show on a daily basis. Thank you parents for your love and care you show at home, and thank you students for taking your studies seriously and making it a joy to be at RCA! |
